NVN's Small Groups provide members with opportunities to Connect, Engage and Thrive together.
Our Small Groups provide members with many opportunities to socialize, share interests and learn together. We encourage prospective members to sample our Small Groups and find which ones are a good fit for your schedule and interests.
Prospective members are invited to try any NVN activity up to three times before joining.
If you have a question about our Small Groups, or would like to try one (or more), please email NVN at [email protected] or leave us a voicemail at 267-571-9697.
We have two types of groups:
Neighborly Groups consist of up to ten to twelve members who want to get to know each other better and support one another. The friendships formed in neighborly groups are deeply valued by our members. The intent is to get to know each other and build a sense of community with a ‘neighborly’ sense of caring for each other (though not necessarily physically in the same neighborhood).
Interest Groups consisting of members who pursue a shared interest. The number of members can vary according to the type of group. Members with other interests are always encouraged to form new groups. Some groups meet virtually, while others are in-person. Following CDC guidance, NVN has recently shared revised guidelines for gatherings. Please click here to read our new guidelines.
