NVN member Karen Bojar has written (or co-written, in the case of Teaching Feminist Activism) six books in her professional career as teacher and political activist. Her latest publication, The Evolution of Socialist Feminism; From Eleanor Marx to AOC, continues a Feminist theme reflected in the titles of four of her books.

This productive intellectual life, with its reflection on recent Feminist history, is a considerable contribution, and a wonderful tracking of the Feminist movement and its many faces. We will hear a brief Powerpoint presentation highlighting the major themes of her latest book, as well as the author’s reflections on her productive retirement years and contributions to shaping Feminist political history.
