Meet at 3:00 pm at Philly Office Retail, 4701 Germantown Avenue, 19144.

A one-hour walking tour with local developer Ken Weinstein, President of Philly Office Retail and co-founder of the Mt. Airy Business Improvement District. 

Ken will introduce the tour group to the renewed commercial area around Wayne Junction, and the lively new businesses that incorporate structures that are part of Philadelphia’s history. Ken’s work has received four Preservation Alliance Community Awards for its unique adaptive reuse projects.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON: The walk will end at Attic Brewing, 137 W. Berkley Street, one of Philly Office Retail’s successful neighborhood conversions, for a taste of their custom brew.
