Making friends has become more challenging in the age of smartphones and digital connections.  Yet many of us want to have more friends. How do we go about this?

At this workshop Claudia Apfelbaum will explore several steps which help break down barriers, foster confidence, and create opportunities to form genuine, lasting connections.

Claudia Apfelbaum is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)  who has worked as a therapist for over twenty years.  She uses attachment-based approaches to help people heal past wounds and build meaningful relationships.

Registration is not required for this event.
