On behalf of the NVN Board of Governors, you are cordially invited to attend NVN's Annual Membership Meeting & Potluck. We are pleased to share the following details about this year's event, which is always such a fabulous time!

LOCATION: Chestnut Hill Presbyterian Church (same location as Center on the Hill)

On the Agenda: Fun, games, socializing and electing members to serve on the Board of Governors
New this year: Our first ever silent auction! So many fabulous prizes will be up for bidding, with proceeds benefitting our village. As the auction concludes, payments will be accepted—please bring cash or check. Payments will be made directly to NVN.

 RSVPs are essential to allow us a more accurate headcount and to ensure seating for all.

Potluck Details:
- Please bring food that can be served at room temperature. No food will be heated at the church.
- If your last name starts with A-F, bring fruits/desserts.
- If your last name starts with G-M, bring an entree.
- If your last name starts with N-R, bring salads/vegetables.
- If your last name starts with S-Z, bring pasta/bread.
Other Important Notes:
- Please be sure to label food that is vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or has nuts. People will also appreciate it if you label any dishes that are not easily identifiable or have ingredients that may be unexpected.
- Please bring your own serving utensils for the dishes you bring. Serving utensils will not be provided.
- NVN will be providing plates, eating utensils, napkins and cups.
- NVN will also provide water, tea and coffee.
- B.Y.O. wine, beer, or another non-alcoholic drink of your choice.
- Please park in the parking lot. There's an elevator to the main floor, where the meeting will be held, for your convenience.
- We will have volunteers to help carry your covered dishes up the stairs and place them on the buffet table, if you need help getting them upstairs.
